1. Service ExcellenceWaldo’s Air Care LLC provides residential and light commercial HVAC services across Northwest Arkansas. All work is performed by our employee-owned team with a focus on precision and local accountability.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or providing your mobile number to us, you are opting in to receive text messages from Waldo’s Air Care LLC.

Purpose: We use text messaging for appointment reminders, arrival notifications (“On my way!”), estimates, and billing updates.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service status.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Payment & EstimatesEstimates provided through this website or via text are preliminary. Final pricing is determined after an on-site precision inspection. Payment is due before start of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Professional BoundariesWhile we are masters of HVAC, the information on this website is for general informational purposes. We aren’t responsible for any “DIY” repairs gone wrong based on content seen here—leave the high-voltage and refrigerant to the licensed pros.

5. Governing LawWaldo’s Air Care LLC is a homegrown Arkansas business. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled locally in Benton County
